Convenient to I-690 – take West St. exit. Continue straight on West Street 1 mile. West Street ends at West Onondaga. Make a right on West Onondaga Street. The Spa is the third building on the right.

Convenient to I-81 – from the North, take Adams Street/Harrison St. exit. Make a right on Harrison. At the 4th light, cross Salina and bear left on West Onondaga. Pass two lights. Spa is on the right, just before the Rite Aid. From the south, get off on exit 18, make a left on Harrison, and follow the same directions.
