The Spa At 500 is a wellness center offering therapeutic and relaxation massage as well as other fitness activities.

It is the home of the Art of Massage, Central New York's premier massage therapy practice, founded in 1997.

We believe that dealing with stress in healthy ways is a key to health, longevity, and happiness. Our menu of massage treatments can be customized to meet your needs. Our facility also includes a seven person therapeutic Jacuzzi tub, and a redwood sauna for you to enjoy before and after your massage. The elegance of the setting and the quality of our experienced massage therapists combine for an experience you won't forget.

Moving Off Campus Party January 30th

After 13 years on the SU hill, The Art of Massage is moving off campus. If you have enjoyed our therapeutic or relaxation massage at Marshall Square, you will love the ambience of the Spa at 500. Within a mile of campus, the Spa has a jacuzzi, a sauna, lounges in an absolutely gorgeous setting. Free and easy parking. Same number, same web site, same great massage therapists.

To say farewell to Marshall and to welcome our friends to the Spa, we will be offering free chair massage between the hours of 11 AM and 4 PM on Monday, January 30 at Marshall Square. Just like us on Facebook to be eligible for a chair massage, and to receive coupons for your next visit to the Spa.

Time Marches On

At the end of this month The Art of Massage will be closing our Marshall Square Office and consolidating our work in the Spa at 500. We have loved working on the SU hill at Marshall for the past 13 years, and will be continuing to serve the SU community. We felt that we would like to focus more on our work at the Spa. If you haven't been to the Spa yet, you are really in for a treat.

You will still be served by the same dedicated team offering the same excellent massage therapy. The Spa is barely a mile from SU, and has the advantage of plentiful free parking. It's just minutes from I-81 and I-690, taking the West Street exit from either highway.
Student discounts will still be available to all students, and our gift certificates and packages, which never expire, will be honored at the Spa.

Empire State Marathon Expo

Come visit us at the Center Court of Drivers Village this Friday and Saturday as we participate in the Expo for the inaugural Empire State Marathon. We will also be at the finish line of the marathon, offering massage therapy to the runners finishing the marathon, half marathon or relay. It will be a great weekend for a healthy Central New York!
