The Spa is the home of the Art of Massage, Central New York's premier massage therapy practice, founded in 1997.

Whether you're a fan of the Wizard of Oz, Onondaga Lake, or maybe you remember when the mansion next door to us was called the "AAA building", you will find new and exciting things happening on West Onondaga Street. The yellow brick mansion known as AAA was recently sold and is soon to be converted to office and studio space. (The AAA building, old timers will remember, is where we used to go to pick up "Triptiks", those pocket sized maps that we all knew and loved, long before MapQuest and GPS came along). 

Just a block away a group of Wizard of Oz fans are planning to buy another neighborhood mansion where Oz author L Frank Baum spent much of his childhood.
