The Spa at 500

The Spa At 500 is a wellness center offering therapeutic and relaxation massage, acupuncture, and beauty treatments. We can also host your event or bring massage therapy to your home or office.

The Spa is the home of the Art of Massage, Central New York's premier massage therapy practice, founded in 1997.

We believe that dealing with stress in healthy ways is a key to health, longevity, and happiness. Our menu of massage treatments can be customized to meet your needs. Our house also includes a seven person therapeutic Jacuzzi tub, and a redwood sauna for you to enjoy before and after your massage. The elegance of the setting and the quality of our experienced massage therapists combine for an experience you won't forget. The Spa is also home to Goode Looks Salon, offering a full range of hair styles, nail treatments, and facials, and Goode Chi, featuring acupuncture with Annette Burden.

Congratulations to Timothy Brahs, Licensed Massage Therapist. Tim just completed his Level Three Kinesio Tape Training. Kinesio Taping gives support and stability to your joints and muscles without affecting circulation and range of motion. It is also used for Preventive Maintenance, Edema, and to treat pain. Tim is available at the Spa Wednesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays, or by appointment. To find out if this can help you prevent injury or recover from a nagging injury, call the Spa at 475-9164 and ask for Tim or Ed.
