Yoga, Belly Dancing and Exercise
Our spacious exercise room can hold up to 60 people. We have a full schedule of yoga classes four days a week.
- Mondays at 5:30 p.m. with Donna Dallal-Ferne
- Mondays at 7:00 p.m. with 'chelle Jozefczyk
- Tuesdays at 2 p.m. with Kathleen Frizzi
- Wednesdays and Thursdays at 5:30 p.m. with 'chelle Jozefczyk

Belly dancing classes are held on Saturdays at 11 a.m. Contact Danita Bey at 491-3644.
Spanish language calisthenics are held with Oscar Soto on Tuesdays at 6 and Thursdays at 7 p.m.. Contact Oscar Soto at 745-0172.
The room is also available to host your special event, health fair, or educational seminar.
